The Cowell Theater at
Fort Mason is surrounded by spectacular views of the Marin
Headlands, Alcatraz, and the Golden Gate Bridge. Come
early to your performance and enjoy the view and the water,
and visit some of the museums and galleries. There is
a 440-space parking lot on Fort Mason Center Grounds.
The Fort Mason Center is located Marina and Laguna Streets.

Parking
There is a 440-space parking
lot on Fort Mason Center Grounds. If there are several events
at Fort Mason at once, the lot can fill up quickly. Additional
parking is available within a half-mile at Crissy Field. PLEASE
ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME FOR PARKING

the Golden Gate Bridge:
Take Main & Embarcadero Exit. Turn
right onto Harrison and left onto the Embarcadero. Follow Embarcadero
to Bay Street, turn left and then right onto Buchanan. Take
Buchanan across Marina Blvd. and make a sharp right into Fort
Mason Center.
From the peninsula via 101:
Take US101 North and exit at
Ninth Street. Turn left off the exit ramp onto Ninth Street.
Stay to the left and continue on 9th Street across Market Street
onto Hayes Street. Take Hayes to Franklin Street and turn right.
Follow Franklin to Bay Street, turn left and then right onto
Buchanan. Take Buchanan across Marina Blvd. and make a sharp
right into Fort Mason Center.
